Really good Hotel Experience

The location was perfect for exploring local attractions (everything was within easy reach). Staff members were very helpful and friendly. They provided great recommendations for restaurants. I especially appreciated the cleanliness of the room and the hotel in general. Air conditioning worked well and kept the room comfortable during the warmer afternoons.

The location was PERFECT! I could walk everywhere I wanted to go. The staff was helpful with directions and recommendations. My room was also very clean and tidy. I enjoyed having a Superior Room View to the Pedestrian Street.
The soundproofing was not ideal. I definitely heard street noise at night. The room lighting was too bright. I prefer softer lighting in the evenings.

The location was definitely central. You could walk to most places, i guess.
The room was smaller than expected, like comically small. also, the promised view of the square turned out to be more of a glimpse between buildings. the noise at night was a bit much too. Bring earplugs.

The location was acceptable. It is right on the main square.
I found the soundproofing to be nonexistent! I heard everything from the square and everything happening in the hallway. The neighbors were also quite audible. The noise made relaxation difficult.

the location was central. i liked the room features a lot. it had a nice big balcony that overlooked the plaza. the soundproofing was very good when the doors shut.
the receptionist showed rigid behavior. this happened when i requested a short delay to checkout time to accommodate my wife. she is pregnant and i think that should have been considered.

The fridge didn't work unless my key card was in the slot! so my items were warm. there were no milk sachets provided so i couldn't enjoy the complimentary coffees and teas. That was a shame.
